Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan Crust



A delicious keto-friendly dish with roasted asparagus and a crispy Parmesan crust. It's full of flavor and good for you.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

Place trimmed asparagus on a baking sheet

Drizzle olive oil over asparagus and toss to coat evenly

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the asparagus, ensuring even coverage

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and Parmesan crust is golden brown
