A keto-friendly twist on the classic BLT sandwich, these deviled eggs are packed with flavor and protein. They make a perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves, for garnish
- Cherry tomatoes, halved, for garnish
Instructions:
Take care to separate the yolks from the egg whites and put them in a bowl
Mix the egg yolks with Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until they are smooth and creamy
Use a spoon or a piping bag to add the yolk mixture to each egg white half
Add lettuce leaves, a cherry tomato half, and crumbled bacon to the top of each deviled egg
