Tuna White Bean Herb Salad Sandwich



A delicious and hearty sandwich featuring a flavorful tuna white bean herb salad mixture, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving optional
  • Sliced tomatoes, for serving optional

Instructions:

Put the drained tuna, white beans, celery, red onion, parsley, dill, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a bowl

Add pepper and salt to taste, then mix everything together well

If you want, you can toast the whole grain bread slices

On 4 pieces of bread, spread the tuna, white bean, and herb salad mixture out evenly

Add lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes to each one if you want to

On top, put the last four slices of bread to make a sandwich

You can serve each sandwich right away by cutting it in half diagonally, or you can wrap it tightly in foil or plastic wrap and save it for later
