Hibiscus Rum Buck



A refreshing and floral twist on the classic Buck cocktail, featuring the exotic flavor of hibiscus infused into rum, balanced with zesty lime and a hint of sweetness from simple syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz hibiscus-infused rum
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ginger beer, to top
  • Lime wheel, for garnish
  • Hibiscus flower, for garnish

Instructions:

Put ice in a shaker

Rum with hibiscus in it, lime juice, and simple syrup should all be put into the shaker

Make sure to shake it well until it's cold

Pour through a strainer into an ice-filled highball glass

Add some ginger beer on top

Put a lime wheel and a hibiscus flower on top to finish

Serve and have fun!
