Easy Turkey Meatballs Whole 30



These simple turkey meatballs are a great paleo and Whole30 recipe. They add a tasty and nutritious touch to your meal and are bursting with flavor. For a filling supper, serve them over a bed of zucchini noodles or with your favorite Whole30-approved sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil for cooking

Instructions:

Ground turkey, almond flour, coconut milk, minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes if using should all be combined in a big mixing bowl

Until all ingredients are well combined, mix well

Shape the mixture into meatballs with a diameter of about 1

5 inches, and arrange them on a baking sheet or plate

In a big skillet, warm the avocado oil over medium-high heat

When the turkey meatballs are browned and thoroughly cooked, add them to the skillet and cook for about 45 minutes on each side

If desired, top hot dish with extra finely chopped parsley
