Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered erythritol sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325F 165C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, softened butter, powdered erythritol sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt
Mix the ingredients until a dough forms
If the dough is too crumbly, you can add a teaspoon of water or almond milk to help bring it together
Shape the dough into a ball and place it between two sheets of parchment paper
Roll out the dough to your desired thickness, then use cookie cutters to cut out your preferred shapes
Carefully transfer the cut-out cookies onto the prepared baking sheet
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown
Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
Once the cookies are completely cooled, they are ready to enjoy!
