Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces prosciutto
- 4 ounces salami
- 4 ounces brie cheese
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- 1/2 cup grapes
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olives
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions:
Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C
Spread the baguette slices out on a baking sheet
Toast them in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are just beginning to turn golden
Take them out and let them cool down
Get the charcuterie ready while the baguette slices are toasting
The salami and prosciutto can be folded into pretty shapes
Brie and goat cheese should be cut into small cubes or wedges
Grapes and cherry tomatoes should be washed and dried
Put them on a platter with the olives
To make a dipping sauce, mix the honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl
Put together your Darling Mini Charcuterie Appetizers once the baguette slices have cooled
Toast some baguette slices and put a slice of prosciutto or salami on each one
Put some brie or goat cheese on top of the cured meat
Add a grape or cherry tomato and an olive to the top of each appetizer
Put the honey mustard sauce on top of the food
Finish by adding a fresh sprig of rosemary for looks
Serve your mini charcuterie plates right away and enjoy!
