Darling Mini Charcuterie Appetizers



These Darling Mini Charcuterie Appetizers are the perfect addition to any gathering. They are a delightful combination of flavors and textures, featuring prosciutto, salami, creamy brie, tangy goat cheese, and sweet grapes, all served on crispy baguette slices. The honey Dijon dipping sauce adds a touch of sweetness and spice to elevate the experience.

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 4 ounces salami
  • 4 ounces brie cheese
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions:

Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C

Spread the baguette slices out on a baking sheet

Toast them in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they are just beginning to turn golden

Take them out and let them cool down

Get the charcuterie ready while the baguette slices are toasting

The salami and prosciutto can be folded into pretty shapes

Brie and goat cheese should be cut into small cubes or wedges

Grapes and cherry tomatoes should be washed and dried

Put them on a platter with the olives

To make a dipping sauce, mix the honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl
